TIFFANY SHEPIS. Hottest scream queen as far as I am concerned... Hmmm... Now that my pants are zipped, DF is a fun "creature" on the loose flick. TIFFANY SHEPIS stars as the creature and damn would I love to be killed by her! She decks some long metallic nails and teeth and some skimpy shredded clothing. RON JEREMY lends his acting talents for a minute to get his heart ripped out, but it is always fun to see JEREMY in action, pun intended. Don't get me wrong, this is a brain dead run of the mill movie. Very little character development, but it seems the Director, BRAD SYKES, tried to at least give it a nice polished looks and tries to build a little suspense. But the best part of the movie is definitely RON KARKOSKA'S FX. The blood factor is quite high, and the kills possess a rawness to them that I really enjoy. The creature claws everybody and has an occasional bite, and they are extremely bloody. Oh, a chick gets her eyes gouged out as well. There are also some good boob action throughout. Not really too many complaints. The real problem for me was how over lit some of the movie was. I mean it was obvious someone had a light shined on them, but that's really it. STORY: Read the title. DVD: Good transfer. Clean picture and some cool
extras. The behind the scenes is really cool. You get the required interviews
with the SHEPIS and KARKOSKA putting make up on her. Lucky bastard.
There is a commentary that Me, I haven't bought it, but I have rented it a couple of times. Braindead but bloody, and if that's your thing like it is me, then check it out. |
